Today, 11 October 2026, we are proud to announce a forthcoming compact disc release of particular significance to the musical world.
This distinguished co-production unites SOMM Recordings, London’s esteemed independent label, with Deutsche Classical, the Bavarian label established in Munich in 2019.
Renowned for its exclusive VIP editions, Deutsche Classical presents recordings on vinyl, reel-to-reel tape, high-resolution CDs and DVDs, alongside audiophile-quality downloads.
We are equally delighted to present a first look at the latest prototype of the CD’s front cover for SOMM Recordings, owned and directed by the distinguished London music producer Siva Oke.
Our warmest thanks go to Eli Borenstein, wife of Nimrod Borenstein, whose imaginative suggestion inspired the title of this exceptional recording of Borenstein’s works for cello.

Borenstein conducts the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, with concert cellist Sifei Wen as soloist, joined by the chamber piano duo of Sifei Wen and Clelia Iruzun. The official release is scheduled for March 2027, and further news will be shared in the months ahead.
